You can cancel the subscription at any time that suits you, as long as a package hasn't already been dispatched. You can also 'skip' a month, or a few months if needed.

Once you add the monthly subscription to your basket you can check out and set up an account. You can manage your subscription via your account. (Please note: you will need to create an account with your own password which will then sync to your subscription, as long as you use the same email address). If you have any trouble at all then just drop me a message and I can help.

The flower seed products are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging, so will be posted through your letterbox.

Bulbs, bare roots, plants & accessories will be sent in larger cardboard boxes where appropriate. Please ensure you open up the boxes of live plants when they arrive so you can look after your plants in the best way.

All products are processed within 1-5 business days (unless a pre order) and have free P&P, 2nd Class Royal Mail within the UK on orders over £25.
